N.O.H.A. (NOISE OF HUMAN ART) is a cosmopolitan band from Dusseldorf that plays styled and enclosed mixes of Nu-Jazz, Liquid Funk and energetically charged grooves. Sam Leight-Brown gives the outstandingly played music an emotional edge in contrast to the decisive verbal expressions of American MC Chevy Headl. The postmodern mix within the N.O.H.A. project contains D&B elements as well as indications of jazz and dance rock.
VJ PERFORMANCE: PHASE (Prague) - the Prague studio Phase is the oldest VJ formation in the Czech Republic. Their projections have accompanied the legendary Open Air Field festivals as well as the majority of dance and rock performances at the Akropolis Palace and Club Roxy. Apart from Vjing, Phase is also involved in advertising, the production of video clips and the development of multimedia systems.
BITTOVA – JAVAS represent one of the most unique dance combinations to have hit the Czech dance scene. Iva Bittova is not only the most famous alternative musician in Brno, but also perhaps the most famous Czech within the sphere of alternative music. DJ Javas has worked his way to the top of the small Czech dance scene and while deep house and tech house constitute his regular sets, his experimental capacities are certainly not limited to this.
VJ PERFORMANCE: ZDEN (Bratislava) - the legendary studio Satori was founded by one of the most recognized “Czechoslovak” VJs as well as one of the most famous east European artists within the sphere of new media and net.art.
