Good day to all of you,

how are you? I hope your professional (as well as personal) activites go 
without any significant problems. Me - okay.

I am Dusan from Stanica - from Zilina. Last year, our participation in 
Multiplace programme was not very "network-oriented" and we would like 
to change it this year. To connect, to approach, to cooperate with others.

Long story short.

We got an idea. It is tightly connected with the children workshops that 
we do in Stanica with kids from Zilina. They do fine art, painting, 
ceramics, carneval masks, animation, photos, linocut and many other 
various techniques. For the Multiplace, we would like to put children 
into the program - not just as visitors/viewers but as 
performers/participants. It is not complicated, (let's do things simply 
if it works). We would like to connect children (maybe not only 
children) by tool like this http://www.imaginationcubed.com/ Maybe not 
exactly this particular one. But you see what I mean.
Collaborative online drawing.

Children from various multi_places connect to this online drawing tool 
and they would draw together. This is basic idea that need to be 
developed (implementing core ideas of Multiplace like new medias, etc).

Before this Multiplace event, maybe several one-day workshops would take 
place on which children would explore and learn possibilities of digital 
drawing. So in a way, we would form a group of children who would attend 
to these workshops where they would get prepared for Multiplace event.
By this email, I would like to find someone who would like to help us 
with mentoring these children. Maybe some students who would like to 
work a bit with children. They do not have to be pedagogically skilled, 
just opened and patient with children. They would be something like 
lecturers who would show them what is possible in the area of digital 
drawing, digital art...

And maybe the main point of "networkness" of this event would be that 
there would be also other multi_places with other kids who would do the 
same. So in the final, at particular time of Multiplace programme, these 
little performers from various places would connect to the online 
drawing application and they would draw together. Online.

So - is there any other place that works in children or is there someone 
who knows someone else like this? Babuta wrote me that maybe Stanica is 
the only Multiplace center dealing with children. But maybe someone 
could interact with us. Maybe it would not have be directly kids. We are 
opened to developed this idea.

In equipment area - I think it is not very demading. Requirements: 
computers, tablets, internet connection
And people.

I am not sure if I expressed myself clear. I hope you understand the 
main point of this idea. If not, feel free to ask me.

I will write also about another idea that is being developed. But 
tomorrow. Now I am too dead for writing more :)
